Delivery that fits your timeframe
Want to wait a bit before delivery? Let us know at contact@owllark.com after you order. We can hold a delivery for as long as you need (up to 6 months).
Hassle-free delivery
We aim to deliver within 7 to 14 days. A two-person team will set up your mattress in your chosen room and take away packaging. Old mattress disposal is available for an extra charge.
Trial period begins
Try your mattress for 101 nights from the day it arrives. If it is not right for you, we will collect it and refund you in full.

Hassle-free collection, with all the heavy lifting taken care of.
Free returns
If you would like to return your mattress within the trial period, log in to your account at owllark.com to submit a return request, or email us at contact@owllark.com.
Collection
The same process as before, but in reverse. Our courier will arrange a collection date with you. A two-person team will come to pack and remove the mattress.
Full refund
Once the mattress reaches us, we process a refund of the full purchase price of your mattress. Simple.
Mattress & Bed FAQs
Does the mattress have to be ‘like new’ for a return?
All of our returned mattresses go through a rejuvenation process and are resold as rejuvenated.
We ask that you keep the mattress in as good condition as possible, using a mattress protector and taking reasonable precautions.
We may not accept a mattress that returns to us heavily soiled.
What happens with returned mattresses?
All of of our returned mattresses are processed by The Furniture Recycling Group (TFR) who will either thoroughly rejuvenate the mattress for sale as refurbished, or responsibly recycle them.
I'm re-doing my house and don't have exact delivery timeframes
Don’t worry, we can fit a delivery around you.
Customers regularly ask us to hold a mattress for a few months until their house/bedroom/vacation can accommodate it.
We just ask you give us a week to 10 days notice before you need a delivery.
How soon can I sleep on the mattress once it has been delivered?
Your mattress will be ok to sleep on after 4-5 hours but it will continue to adapt over the coming weeks.

Free UK delivery
Most orders are dispatched same day for arrival on the next working day. Some orders may be on pre-order, but the expected date will always be outlined on the website.
Trial period begins
We are so confident you will love O+L accessories, we offer a 30-night trial on these as well. If you find they are not for you, log into your account at owllark.com to submit a return request.
Free UK Returns
We will arrange a courier to collect the items from you, normally there is no need for a return label as the driver will bring this with them.
Other FAQ's
Can I wash the item during the trial period?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, our sheets become even softer once they have been washed, so we encourage you wash them before first use.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a third-party fulfilment centre that uses reputable couriers such as DPD and Royal Mail.
Typically, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD next day delivery.
