Returns

We offer a 101-night trial on mattresses and a 30-night trial on selected accessories (such as pillows and bed linen). We recommend trying the mattress for at least 30 nights before making a decision.

To initiate a return, contact us by email within the trial period with your order number. Products must be in a condition we could reasonably expect to resell. Mattresses must be clean, free from damage or staining. Accessories may be washed, but must not show excessive wear or deterioration.

Only one trial is permitted per household. We reserve the right to decline returns where we suspect misuse of the policy or where items are returned in unacceptable condition.

Return Shipping

Returns during the trial are free via our standard service, unless you were charged for original delivery—in which case, collection is charged at the same rate. Returns must be arranged and completed within 30 days of contacting us.

Exchanges

A one-time mattress or accessory exchange may be granted during the trial, at our discretion. If the replacement is also returned, delivery and collection fees may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method, excluding any extra delivery fees. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If your item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we may refuse the refund or apply deductions.
