Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us at contact@owllark.com. If your item has already been dispatched, it may still be eligible for return under our trial or return policy. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details.

Mattresses, Bed Frames and Large Items

For large or scheduled deliveries, including mattresses and bed frames, cancellations made within 48 hours of your agreed delivery date may incur a charge. This reflects the costs involved in preparing, routing and handling your delivery. We’ll always confirm any charges with you before proceeding.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to reserve stock ahead of availability. You may cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, our standard return and trial terms apply.
