Springs, not spring counts are special to us. At the core of Airsilk™ is a unique patent-pending variable-tension spring, individually encased in a fabric pocket.
Each spring is designed to depress similarly across a range of weights, meaning a lighter person is supported like a heavier one.
Airsilk™ incorporates a 2.5cm nano-coil layer nearer the surface. These even out the pressure and add luxurious softness. It’s true that each Airsilk™ mattress has thousands of springs (about 3000 in an Emperor) but it’s the quality, not the quantity, that really matters.
The Owl +Lark Mattress is best described as Luxury Firm, but the feel is so much more than that.
It’s soft, but also supportive and cradling.
It can suit a wide range of body-types and sleeping styles – side, back and front. Overall, Airsilk is a touch firmer than our Original.

How does it feel?
Like a perfect fitting shoe, a mattress should feel incredibly soft and snug, but must hold your body correctly.
Airsilk™ is a touch firmer than our Original mattress, but shares a unique feeling. It’s soft, but also supportive and cradling.
Over time, the mattress will mould slightly to the sleeper, making it fit even better. We know that one mattress can’t be perfect for everyone, and that the experience of softness is subjective. We suggest trying it for at least 30 days to see how well it works for you.
We offer a free 101 night trial. If by the end you haven’t transformed your sleep for the better, we’ll gladly take it back for free.

Is there a weight limit?
The combined recommended weight limit for Airsilk™ is 300kg. It is safe to use the mattress with greater weight, although excess dipping would in this case not be covered by warranty.
