How does a weighted blanket work?
Weighted blankets work by applying gentle, even pressure across your body, known as deep pressure stimulation.
This calming effect can help lower stress hormones, boost serotonin, and promote deeper, more restful sleep.
Can I return it if it's not for me?
Yes! We offer a 30-night trial with our Weighted Blanket so you can really test it out.
If you find it's not quite right for you, we'll arrange a collection.
Do you do offer different sizes?
In order to get the full benefits of a weighted blanket, it must wrap around you fully.
We tested larger sizes, but it doesn’t wrap around either sleeper well enough and pulls you both into the middle.
We therefore have one size: 135 x 200cm
What weight do I need?
We recommend choosing the blanket that is around 10% of your body weight.
As a general rule, the user of the blanket should be able to carry the full weight of the blanket themselves.
If you are unsure we recommend going down in weight.
