Yes. Every mattress is professionally deep cleaned and sanitised to ensure it’s fresh, hygienic and ready for a second life.
How long has it been used for?
All refurbished mattresses have been returned within our 101-night trial period. Most have been used for only a few weeks.
Will there be any marks or defects?
Occasionally, a handle or a small area of stitching may be loose, but we don’t reject a mattress for minor cosmetic issues alone.
What matters is that the comfort, hygiene and performance are never compromised.
If the sleep surface or function is affected in any way, the mattress is rejected.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Refurbished mattresses come with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind.
Can I return it if it's not right?
Yes. You’ll have a 30-night trial to try it in your own home. If it’s not quite right, we’ll collect it free of charge and give you a full refund.
What if the size I want isn’t available?
Refurbished stock is limited and changes often. If you don’t see your size, check back soon.
How are they delivered?
Refurbished mattresses are usually delivered flat and fully expanded. In some cases, they may be rolled, but this depends on the specific item.
